Site Survey & Floor-Plan Mapping

Every square foot measured. Every workstation photographed. A dimensioned CAD floor plan of the destination space produced before a single box is ordered.

100%Floor plans delivered before packing begins

Our project manager walks both sites with a laser measure and iPad. We photograph every desk, storage unit, and server rack. The destination floor plan is drafted to scale, workstation assignments confirmed with your facilities lead, and a weight-load calculation submitted to building management for freight elevator scheduling.

IT Infrastructure Audit

Every server rack photographed front and rear. Cable runs labeled with our color-coded system. Patch panel diagrams exported. Network-down window confirmed with your IT lead.

We work alongside your IT director or MSP. Every rack unit gets a numbered tag matching our manifest. Cables photographed, labeled, bagged by rack. UPS units inventoried. We confirm the acceptable network-down window — typically 4–6 hours overnight Saturday — and build the transport sequence around it.

Custom Crate Packing

Every item gets a barcode label matching the destination floor plan. Monitors in custom foam inserts. Standing desks disassembled with hardware bagged and zip-tied to the frame.

Our packing crew arrives Thursday afternoon for non-critical items. Friday is the main disassembly day. Each workstation becomes one numbered crate — monitor, keyboard, docking station, personal items — with a printed label showing the destination desk number. Nothing unlabeled leaves the floor.

Overnight GPS-Tracked Transport

Trucks loaded in reverse floor-plan order — last floor in, first floor out. GPS tracking shared with your ops lead. Load secured with air-ride suspension.

Loading sequence follows the destination unload plan: the items going to floor 12 are loaded last so they come off first. Your operations lead receives a live GPS link at departure. Air-ride suspension trucks for server equipment. We photograph every truck load before doors close.

Furniture Reassembly & Cable Management

Standing desks leveled to the millimeter. Monitors mounted to spec. Cable management channels installed before monitors go up — not after.

Furniture goes in first, following the CAD floor plan taped to every wall. Standing desks assembled and leveled with a digital level. Cable management channels installed before monitors are placed. Your IT team (or ours) reconnects network infrastructure to the pre-photographed rack layout. Every monitor turned on and confirmed working before the crew leaves a desk.

Our project manager walks the completed floor against the manifest. Every desk checked. Every monitor on. Every crate accounted for. Any damage — even minor — is photographed, reported, and filed with our insurance carrier before we leave the building. You receive the signed punch list PDF by 9 PM Sunday.

I've managed four office moves in my career. This was the first one where IT didn't spend two days untangling cables. The rack photographs alone saved us eight hours.

We had a buildout delay push our move date by six days with two weeks notice. They restructured the entire crew schedule and hit the new date. That's not a vendor, that's a partner.
